The One Day Business Plan Worksheet via Inc.com
I found this a few years ago and I love it for aspiring entrepreneurs. It allows you to ask yourself major questions and it is short and to the point for the foundation of your organization.
Virtual Receptionist- eVoice
Now this has been the best decision I have ever made. I have been with eVoice for over 5 years. Evoice offers small businesses the opportunity to run your business virtually anywhere. I also have an app for my phone that allows me to make calls right from my eVoice number. Check mine out by calling my number today 888-326-5550. (Can you tell I love this company?!)
Merchant Account- PayPal
If you have never used or heard of PayPal you are probably not doing business online. I have also been with PayPal for over 5 years. Yes, with they have some drawbacks but it is a great way to get started with accepting payments online
Mobile Merchant Account- Square
I just discovered Square a few months ago and I am so glad that I did! Square allows you to turn your smart phone or tablet into a mobile merchant device. I love the service and it only takes a few minutes to sign up. Now I can take payments on the spot and not rushing home to send a follow up invoice.
Email Marketing- Mailchimp
Mailchimp helps you maintain your email database, create newsletters and track your results. I also have a Mailchimp app that allows me to add emails while I am out networking
Freelance Assistance- Fiverr
Talk about bootstrapping. Fiverr is a website where people share what they will do for you for $5. They have everything from Press Releases to Letters from Santa.
I am a mother, wife and serial entrepreneur. It is hard to keep up with everything. My Day Planner is my best friend. Franklin Covey has the best Day Planners to organize your day, your space and your life.
Social Media Management- HootSuite
Hootesuite is my favorite. It allows me to manage my Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn accounts all in one place. The best part about Hootesuite is the automation feature. I am able to schedule my Tweets for the week enabling me to focus on engaging with my followers.
